G. & Y. Leuenberger SA’s wide range of machinery allow us to remain at the forefront of the latest advancements. Thanks to our extremely flexible organisation, we can adapt our production to orders ranging from 50 units to several million, measuring from 1 to 65 millimetres in diameter. Our production department features 5-axis milling machines and turning machines, ranging as far as 200 millimetres in diameter based on the geometry of the part. We also perform high finish operations, such as dressing or finishing very delicate parts that need to be worked on piece by piece.
We work with parts in brass, steel, stainless steel, synthetic materials, aluminium and titan, showing our ability to adapt to the latest product developments. We produce meticulously designed parts which become part of luxury brand productions.
