A diversified machine park enables G. & Y. Leuenberger SA to be constantly at the cutting edge of progress and, thanks to an extremely flexible organization, to adapt its production to orders ranging from 50 parts to several million parts measuring from 1 to 65 millimeters in diameter. Our secondary-operation department, with its 5-axis milling and turning machines, can produce parts with diameters of up to 200 millimeters, depending on the part geometry. We also carry out high-finish operations such as diamond-finishing or the finishing of very delicate parts requiring piece-by-piece work.
Parts in brass, steel, stainless steel, plastics, aluminum and titanium. This shows our ability to adapt to new product developments. We manufacture parts with highly sophisticated designs for luxury brands.

The Leuenberger family bar-turning business was founded in 1964 by Gilbert and Ruth Leuenberger. Gilbert was passionate about his trade as a bar turner, and decided to set up his own business, converting a garage into a workshop. The first part of the present workshops was built in 1967. It could accommodate some fifteen machines.
His wife and collaborator, Ruth Leuenberger, was always there for Gilbert. She touched on all areas of the company, from secretarial work to shipping and parts washing.
Yves Leuenberger joined his father in 1985, sharing the general management until 2014. Under their impetus, the plant expands and employs 40 people. In 2014, Gilbert retires. Boris, Gilbert’s grandson, became manager at the age of 23, passionately carrying on the family legacy begun 50 years ago.
